I’d love to welcome you to the From Vision to Action website. In the newly revised edition of my book, From Vision to Action: Practical Steps for Church Growth, I’ve drawn on more than nineteen years’ experience at HTB and Alpha to create a practical and encouraging ‘how to’ guide for turning vision into reality and managing church growth. The new edition also includes a chapter by Ric Thorpe, Rector of St Paul’s Shadwell, on ‘How to Form a Vision’.
